Founded by two graduates from Huddersfield with a strong executive board, Qonnectd is a recruitment business that is building a market-disrupting recruitment business.

Currently growing at 20% MOM our business specialises in the professional services market and we are disrupting the market through our use of digital products that make the hiring of professionals much more cost-effective for companies operating within the space. Based in our very cool offices in Manchester City Centre, we are going places and we are looking for ambitious graduates looking for a first role that will develop them and their careers.

We offer excellent training for all new staff to progress you as quickly as we can and as you will be joining a newer start-up operation you will be given far more responsibility than you would in a larger operation.

What does a Business Development Executive's Role Involve?

At the most basic level, the Business Development Executive is in the driving seat for sourcing, generating and building new business for their organisation. This means you are responsible for identifying sales leads, sourcing new opportunities and potential clients. You will build on excellent communication skills and product knowledge to pitch to new and prospective clients, meaning that the phone, LinkedIn, and PowerPoint will rapidly become your best friend
